4. Refunds and Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases may be issued via check or bank transfer.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.
We will provide instructions to return the item at no cost and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Our return policies apply only to items purchased through AZI TradEx LLC. Returns of products purchased elsewhere must follow the original retailer’s policy.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
